Located along the Willamette River, just across from downtown Portland, the Center for Tribal Nations will serve as a critical center for commerce and trade for the Indigenous community and Native nations across the Pacific Northwest. Full Circle Indigenous Planning and Design will work as part of an Indigenous-led architectural team and engage with the urban Native community in Portland and other Native nations to develop a design for this transformative hub.
